Vacancy: Administrative Assistant & Driver (Defence Attaché Office)

Job Requirements:
-  Open for Malaysian Citizens ONLY
-  Candidate must possess at least a MIN of SPM or DIPLOMA in any field
-  At least 3-5 years working experience as an Admin Assistant/Driver
-  Female or Male
-  Possess valid driving license class D and B2 with good driving skills and clean track record.
-  Able to work long hours including weekends, public holidays and be available on call if required (Flexible Time)
-  Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-  Able to work independently and in a team
-  Positive personality will be an additional advantage
-  Good knowledge in Malaysian Defence and Governmental Organization will be an advantage

Job Descriptions:
-  Reporting skills, administration writing skills, Microsoft office skills
-  Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
-  Under supervision of Personal Assistant and under control of Military Assistant
- Being able to replace Personal Assistant
-  Dealing with logistic aspects; travel arrangements, hotel reservation
-  Familiar with incoming emails, faxes, phone calls
-  To drive head of department/Officers to appointments/meetings, sending letters etc.
-  Ensure timely pick up
-  Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the cars and bike
-  Familiar with KL, Selangor and other peninsular routes
-  Good work attitude, punctual and good health
-  Willing to travel outstation
-  Medical insurance
-  Salary RM 3000 with 1 month end year bonus
