MFUC, set on a government to government initiative, is an institution that aims at reinforcing the cooperation between France and Malaysia in the Higher Education and Research sectors. The Centre is an interface between the two Education systems and tries to facilitate the creation of new partnerships, whether joint research, degree transfer, student exchanges or other, at every level (pre-U to Doctorate), in accordance with the Higher Education strategies of the two countries.
